Building a Different Kind of Treatment Program
Semper Fi Counseling is developing a community-based residential behavioral-health program in Torrington, Wyoming.
Initial Capacity
8–10 residents
The program is intentionally designed to begin small.
A smaller setting allows Semper Fi to provide individualized attention, develop strong community relationships, and establish a sustainable model before expanding.
Who We Hope to Serve
The program is designed for adults who need structured behavioral-health support, including individuals living with serious mental-health conditions and individuals transitioning from involvement with the criminal justice system.
Potential residents may include people experiencing challenges related to:
- Serious mental illness
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Anxiety
- PTSD
- Co-occurring behavioral-health challenges
- Reentry following incarceration
All admissions will be subject to clinical assessment, program criteria, safety considerations, and applicable Wyoming requirements.
What Residents Will Receive
Residents will have access to a structured environment focused on:
Clinical Care
Individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, medication coordination, and treatment planning.
Recovery Support
Peer support and recovery-oriented services.
Life Skills
Budgeting, communication, personal responsibility, daily living, healthy relationships, and independent living skills.
Vocational Development
Employment readiness, job skills, meaningful work, and community participation.
Community Reintegration
Preparing individuals to return to stable housing, employment, family, and community life.
Healthcare Coordination
Helping residents navigate medical and behavioral-health services.
