Semper Fi Counseling is working to establish a $2.6 million rural behavioral-health and reentry center in Torrington, Wyoming.
The project is designed to provide individuals with serious mental-health challenges a structured environment where they can receive treatment, develop practical skills, build stability, and prepare to return to the community.
