Semper Fi Counseling is seeking $2.6 million in capital funding to establish its rural behavioral-health and community-reintegration center in Torrington, Wyoming.

Funding will help provide:

Too many individuals living with serious mental illness move repeatedly between crisis services, hospitals, homelessness, and the criminal justice system.

Semper Fi Counseling wants to create another option.
